The new deal still impacts today's society by implementing crucial laws that provide for the workers and buisnesses, unemployed, Farmers, and the changes in the government

The new deal gave rights to workers, allowing them to have unions. Unions allow employee's to "fight" for higher wage, hours of working, and the conditions that they work in. The government was now intertwined with the economy, allowing them to be present in the banks, stock market, and other things having to do with the economy.

The un-employment issues were partially fixed because of the New Deal construction projects. These projects employed the people who were not able to provide for their families. The result of this is not only that people were finally able to afford food and other necessities, but Americas infrastructure improved. Schools, Dams, roads, Bridges, Building and other things essential to America were made even better. The new deal also introduced social security and unemployment insurance. Thankfully, this still exists today. Social security is a program where someone Employed will pay money to the system. This eventually makes it so when someone retires, they will be paid later on. Unemployment insurance was created for people who couldn't find work. Unemployment insurance provides money to people who are unemployed, so they can pay for necessities until they can find a job.

In the Midst of trying to get America back onto its feet, Farmers were the once supposed to be providing Food. Because of the great depression, Farmers did not have enough money to farm, so the fields were barren. Some Farmers could not afford to keep their farms, and had to stop farming and move. When the new deal came around, the prices of crops went up, and provided farmers low-interest loans. These loans helped farmers get back on their feet by letting them borrow money, then later not charging a smaller amount of money to be returned. All of this heavily benefited farmers.

The government was impacted by the new deal because of the different ways it provided for the citizens of the US. Government employment sky-rocketed, and the laws and programs put in place during the depression showed the citizens that they could rely on the government to protect them during a great crisis like the great depression. The amount of people working as government employee's almost doubled, going from 580,000 workers to 1.3 Million workers. America's people could now rely on the government to intervene in case of problems like these.
